Dr Sunita Dube brought the entire healthcare community under one umbrella in 2011 for formulating a national culture of ensuring holistic and fair healthcare in the country. She brought all the 21 healthcare principles together and motivated them to work as a singular body, with a nationwide reach of two hundred and fifty thousand healthcare professionals.
Dr Sunita Dube has conceptualised and executed more than 500 health camps through her hospital, and around 149 medical awareness programmes. From “Save The Girl Child” campaign to an HIV-AIDS awareness campaign targeted towards youth and truck drivers, Dr. Sunita Dube has worked tirelessly to ensure that the lesser privileged are not denied the benefits of modern medicine. She conceptualised the FIT INDIA Movement under the mentorship of Late Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam which was launched in 2015. She became an inspiration for many organizations who took up CPR training programs after the MedscapeIndia conducted it under Fit India Movement. She has already completed 11000 CPR trainings. Her method of train the trainer is adopted widely, improving the accountability of people towards each other.
She is also a columnist for several Magazines and Newspapers along with a advisory member/ Mentor or Director at the boards of numerous institutions and government bodies such as, Bhartiya Vikas Sanstha, Medical students in India and Radiology women in USA, IMC chamber of commerce and industry, Indian Medical association, Child Relief Centre and many more.
